HOW DO I PAY MY DEPOSIT?

  • SQUARE INVOICE FOR CARD PAYMENTS (3.5% FEE WILL BE ADDED TO INVOICE)

DOES SPARKLE BAR PROVIDE EVENT INSURANCE?

  •  Yes.  All events will be quoted with Day of Event liability insurance.

WHEN IS MY PAYMENT DUE?

  •  50% of your quote is required to lock in your date. The balance for your event is due no less than 48 hours of your event for balances under $500. Balances over $500 are required to be paid in full no less than 1 week prior to the event date.

HOW MUCH ICE DO I NEED?

  • Rule of thumb is 1lb of ice, per guest for events of 100 guests or more. i.e. 100 guests = 100lbs of ice (Ice is typically sold in 10lb bags at most gas stations and available in 10-20lb bags in most grocery stores.  Bags of ice range in price from $1.99 to $3.99 per bag). Be sure to prearrange sufficient space to store ice at your venue to keep cold.  Bartender will pick up ice upon request with no later than 24 hours notice. Bartender will provide receipt for purchased ice.  Receipt amount, $20 pickup fee and event balance due upon arrival. No checks allowed day of event.

  • DECOR AND TABLECLOTHS FOR YOUR BAR TO MATCH YOUR THEME

  • LAST CALL IS 30 MINS PRIOR TO THE END OF THE EVENT AND THE BAR CLOSES 15 MINS BEFORE THE END OF THE EVENT, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN CONTRACT

  • DATES ARE ONLY GUARANTEED WITH DEPOSIT AND SIGNED CONTRACT

  • CHECKS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR REMAINING BALANCE PAYMENTS WITHIN 1 WEEK OF EVENT
